Scientists discover way to wirelessly charge many devices simultaneously
No one in today's world likes wires. They get tangled easily and are a nuisance most of the time. Thanks to technology, wireless devices have already started hitting the market. Now we have wireless mouses, wireless keyboards and even wireless earphones. But the most fascinating among them is wireless charging.
Wireless charging may have been a revolution, but they're aren't many devices out there which support wireless charging. Among those which do, they leave a big hole in our pockets if we were to buy them.
What's the good news ?
Now, the good news is that scientists at the Disney Research in the US have developed a way to wirelessly charge many electronic devices in a room. Yes, not one not two, but many devices simultaneously.
The scientists demonstrated the same by construction a 16x16 foot room with aluminium walls, ceiling and floor bolted to an aluminium frame.

A copper pole was placed in the centre of the room; a small gap was created in the pole, into which discrete capacitors were inserted.
Devices operating at that low megahertz frequency can receive power almost anywhere in the room.
